What to expect
‘FIT’ stands for ‘Fast Intensity Training’ and you can expect the highest standard of instruction from our training team over 60 thrilling minutes.
Our high intensity sessions will vary from circuits to sprints/hills to functional workouts and more. In a nutshell this means you will sweat and will not have time to think or get bored – do not be surprised if you find yourself swinging pick handles, dragging sandbags, swinging jerry cans or simply throwing stuff around!
We bring a variety of innovative and functional kit and equipment to each session to keep it fresh as well as include more conventional body weight moves.
